Quality Policy Statement

Elektrárny Opatovice, a.s. is a key producer and supplier of electricity and heat in the Hradec Králové and Pardubice region.

It is the Company's policy to provide an effective, safe, efficient and economic service to its customers and clients which complies with all legal and regulatory obligations. To demonstrate compliance to this policy, Elektrárny Opatovice, a.s. will apply Quality Philosophy to all its operations.

To ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in its Operations and business activities, Elektrárny Opatovice, a.s. has elected to implement and comply with the international Quality Management Systems Standard - ISO 9001:2000.

Commitment to this management system is applied and communicated across the business and is monitored and reviewed, to ensure compliance with the Standard and ongoing suitability to the needs of the organisation and our customers.

The company has a number of quality objectives and initiatives across its operations and will seek to integrate these to be consistent with ISO 9001:2000 wherever practical.
