Stabilisate

 


Characteristics

Stabilisate is a building mixture produced in the Mixing Centre by blending products of lignite combustion and products of desulphurisation with lime admixture and batch water. The Mixing Centre enables production of building mixtures according to various prescriptions specified for given method of application.

Examples of application

It is a product meeting legislative requirements with an optional application in building industry. The stabilisate is certified as a product for landscape relief modification at reclamation works and repairing IPO ash lagoons, for construction of impervious membranes and peripheral dams at landfill sites, for construction of anti-flood embankments, stabilisate for road construction, stabilized fly-ash for building roads. The stabilisate is supplied in a moistening state from Mixing Centre’s container directly into trucks.

Production capacity

The two units of the ash mixing plant produce the maximum of 280 tons of stabilised ash per hour or 2,000 tons per day if there is sufficient volume of combustion by-products. For the purposes of continuous supplies, the maximum of 10,000 tons can be produced in 10 days.
