Furnace Bottom Ash (FBA)
Characteristics
Lignite combustion product, cellular solid phase mainly consisting of SiO2 and Al2O3, water content 25 – 40 % of mass. The bottom ash is supplied in a moistening state either directly from hoppers after drainage, or from inter-disposal site by loading machine.
Examples of application
The FBA is certified for construction of embankments and backfills, roughening strew material for winter maintenance of roads and pavements and for the production of burnt brickware.
Production capacity
The annual production of the bottom ash is approximately 110,000 tons. We are capable to dispatch 100 tones per hour from hopper, 450 - 700 tones per day.
